Nov. 9, 2003 ~ Here is Mike
checking out his website and navigating with the mouse with just a
little help from me. He was trying to read some of his
messages that you've been leaving him on the message board for
himself. This was a very exciting moment for me as you have to
realize that when I created this site, I never thought Mike
would ever be able to actually see it.
 
Nov. 28 - Dec. 6, 2003 ~ Below you see
Mike and the therapy bunnies. The first is a baby and the
second is his favorite, a big floppy-eared fellow named, "Smoky
Joe." The third picture is of Mike signing his
Christmas cards, next is a picture of Mike and his therapists
working with "Sofie" one of the therapy dogs. Following is a
picture of Mike visiting with a friend and last is his shelf,
decorated for the Holidays!
 
  
Dec. 7, 2003 ~ Mike and his Parents enjoy
a visit from Santa!
Dec. 17, 2003 ~ Mike's first outing
after 5 months of hospitalization, he did a little bowling at
Northside Lanes with his parents and therapists.
 
Dec. 27, 2003 ~ Here is Santa's
helper....Mike the cookie elf...distributing home-baked cookies to
anyone who crossed his path this holiday season. If you
hurry....maybe there will be one left for you! Ha!
 
Jan. 7, 2003 ~ Mike visits the
Dream Machine Arcade at the Apple Blossom Mall and plays a few games
with his friend, Trey.

The first grade class of the
Winchester
Academy surprised Mike
this year with wonderful Thanksgiving Day cards that they had made
for him! He was able to
share them with his family, friends and residents at Care
Haven. Thanks to you
all for your thoughtfulness!

a visit on Christmas Day! He spent all afternoon there and had
