| Hi! I am Kathy's friend Libby in Ohio. I am a speech language pathologist and have worked in coma recovery. First, I want to encourage everyone to pray for Mike. There are many things that have gone wrong but many things have gone RIGHT and he is a liCLE every day and I thank God for that! For those of you nearby as you visit and may be able to speak to Mike, resist the urge to cry or say you're sorry for this or that. Be ENCOURAGING! Speak like you expect an answer. Even in a coma people can r any understand. We used to say "never is heard a discouraging word and the skies are not cloudy all day."
For all his friends: You are in my prayers, too. This is NOT easy for you but hang in there and keep praying.
For Mama and Papa Heironimus: Please take good care of yourselves. This isn't a race, it's an endurance contest and you will need rest and refreshment to maintain yourselves through this.
